Our Team
Stephen Cane has a strong background in the printing, packaging, and merchandising industries. He initially started out in the production and estimation department of a national printing company. Stephen gained a further 3 years experience in Head Office, merchandising for a leading New Zealand retailer. After gaining sales and marketing experience, whilst working as a print representative and gaining additional management experience in the retail sector, Stephen began his own design and Point of Sale business in 1991. This business ran until 2000 when together with Brent McGrath, Stephen formed Visual Marketing NZ Ltd. The assets of this company were purchased by DPI in April 2007.

Sarah MacGregor has worked in Accountancy and Finance for over 30 years. Sarah started her career in chartered accountancy before moving in to accounting positions in the private sector. She has held senior accounting positions in varied industries including manufacturing and exporting. In 2005, Sarah joined Visual Marketing (NZ) Ltd. as a part-time Accountant, whilst completing a post-graduate degree at the University of Canterbury. Over time she became increasing involved in the management of the company. In April 2007, Sarah bought Brent McGrath’s shareholding in Visual Marketing NZ Ltd. and DPI was subsequently formed.

Finance and Operations
Stacey Richards has extensive expertise and experience within both the IT and printing industries. He has been employed as a printing sales representative and as a sales representative in the retail ticketing and promotions area. Stacey has experience in IT retailing and customer support, and has operated his own computer maintenance company for a number of years. In addition, Stacey has over 15 years experience developing and writing software and currently owns and operates the software development company Independent Rapid Development Ltd. Stacey joined DPI in November 2007, and acquired a 15% shareholding in the business.
